Is this a loan, and do I need to put up collateral?
No collateral. This isn’t a traditional term loan where cash hits your personal bank account. It is a revolving, inventory-only credit line tied to verified purchases from registered suppliers. Underwriting is based on your business cash flow, order frequency, and transaction history—not land or property deeds.
What is the actual cost?
Zero interest if settled within the standard trade term (e.g., 60 days). If you roll past that window into extended financing, a clear flat weekly rate or monthly fee applies. No hidden processing charges, no ledger fees, and no surprise annual deductions
What happens if I cannot pay on the due date?
Your line freezes across all suppliers on the network. A 7-day grace period applies before late fees accrue. If unpaid after the grace period, automated recovery initiates, the delinquency gets reported to the credit bureau, and supplier networks are notified to halt credit supply.
Do I have to change my current billing or POS system?
No. You don’t buy new hardware. You order through your supplier as usual. At delivery or checkout, you authenticate the invoice via SMS/app or scan a dynamic QR code. The invoice settles instantly.
How fast does my order get approved and paid out?
Instantly. Once your credit limit is active, approvals are programmatic and happen at checkout in seconds. The supplier receives guaranteed payout confirmation on the spot.
Can I use this credit line with suppliers who aren’t on Redtab yet?
Not immediately, but we onboard them. The system is closed-loop for security. If you have an off-network distributor you buy from regularly, request their onboarding. We verify and activate them within 48 hours.
